Job Summary:
Seeking an RN – Critical Care Float with recent 2 years of experience in critical care settings. Must have experience floating across SICU, Cardiac ICU, Neuro ICU, General ICU, Medical ICU, and Bone Marrow Transplant/Oncology ICU, as well as a Med-Surg unit in Acute care setting. The ideal candidate should be skilled in managing critically ill patients using advanced monitoring and life-support systems. Should be adaptable, quick to respond in high-pressure situations, and able to collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary care team.
