Location: 2665 County Road QQ, King, WI 54946
Assignment Duration: One year
Anticipated Start Date: October 1, 2026
Hiring Status: Urgent need—immediate hiring
Compensation Options
1099 Independent Contractor ONLY: $23 per hour
Important 1099 Notice: Independent contractors are self-employed and are not eligible for employee benefits, paid time off, unemployment insurance, workers’ compensation coverage, or employer-paid payroll taxes. Independent contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and other applicable obligations.
Choose Your CNA Shift
AM Shift: 5:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
PM Shift: 1:45 p.m.–10:15 p.m.
Night Shift: 10:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.
All CNA staff must be willing to work every other weekend and every other holiday. For this position, a weekend consists of Saturday and Sunday.
What You Will Do
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will work alongside licensed nursing professionals to provide essential daily care and meaningful support to geriatric and disabled members.
Deliver direct and indirect basic nursing care under licensed nursing supervision.
Follow individualized treatment programs for members on an assigned unit of approximately 60 residents.
Provide compassionate care based on each member’s written plan.
Support therapeutic, preventive, restorative, spiritual, psychosocial, and rehabilitative needs.
Help members maintain their highest possible level of independence and functioning.
Observe and promptly report changes in members’ health, behavior, or care needs.
Create a safe, respectful, and encouraging environment for every member.
What We Are Looking For
Candidates who meet all applicable Wisconsin CNA certification and registry requirements.
Compassionate professionals who are comfortable caring for geriatric and disabled individuals.
Dependable CNA candidates who communicate effectively and work well with a clinical team.
Availability to work every other weekend and every other holiday.
Commitment to reliable attendance, resident safety, and high-quality care.
Full COVID-19 vaccination with acceptable proof is required to be considered.
