The Pines Post Acute & Memory Care is a 50-bed Nursing Home focusing on Short Term Rehabilitation and Memory Care nestled among 17 acres of beautiful country in Clintonville, WI. Our facility follows the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ COVID-19 vaccination requirement.
