About This Position
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our multi-specialty healthcare team, supporting our Wound Care, Vascular, Podiatry, and Ophthalmology service lines. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and demonstrate proficiency across a range of nursing skills. This role is essential in providing high-quality care to patients in an Ambulatory Surgery Center environment. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing treatment protocols across diverse specialty areas. Full training and support will be provided across all specialty areas, so candidates need not have prior experience in every discipline.

Responsibilities
Conduct thorough patient assessments and document medical histories across wound, vascular, podiatric, and ophthalmologic procedures.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in their condition.
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management, wound care follow-up, and post-procedure instructions.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Perform specialized nursing tasks such as IV insertion, administering conscious sedation, and providing pre-, intra-, and post-procedure support.
Assist with wound care dressing changes, debridement procedures, and vascular intervention support as needed.
Support podiatric and ophthalmologic surgical cases, including instrument preparation and patient positioning.
Requirements
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
ACLS required within 3 months of hiring
ASC setting preferred.
Experience in one or more of the following specialties preferred: wound care, vascular, podiatry, or ophthalmology — full cross-training provided for candidates new to any of these areas.
Proficiency in systems related to nursing practices and patient management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: $36.00 - $46.00 per hour
