Our NP Mentorship Program gives eligible PMHNPs an added layer of support, connecting them with an experienced prescriber for clinical guidance, practical insight, and real-world partnership as they build their private practice.

What You Bring
Active ARNP license, or willingness to obtain one
Active RN and advanced practice nursing licenses, required prescribing credentials, and DEA registration
Ability to provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, treatment planning, medication management, and timely follow-up care
Commitment to safe, patient-centered care and high clinical, prescribing, legal, and ethical standards
Consistent availability and timely documentation
Willingness to participate in practice setup and coaching
Motivation to start and grow your own private practice
Required professional liability insurance and business credentials
Interest in providing consistent in-person care
