Job Summary
Elite Medical Staffing is hiring Certified Medical Assistants (CMAs) for assisted living opportunities in Viroqua, WI. This position offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and the ability to pick up shifts that fit your availability.
Utilize EMR ECP to record patients’ medical information and vital signs
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and support with ambulation as needed
Encourage and promote resident independence while providing appropriate assistance
Monitor residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or overall well-being to appropriate staff
Respond promptly to resident requests and provide compassionate resident-centered care
Assist residents with meals, hydration, and dining support as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful living environment
Maintain compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements
Communicate concerns or issues to onsite supervisor and agency
Other duties as assigned
Minimum 1 year of experience working under an active CMA Certification
Minimum 1 year of experience working in assisted living
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Must have reliable transportation to assigned facilities
Must maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
Able to push, pull, and lift at least 50 pounds
Able to be standing and walking with frequent bending, reaching, and lifting with proper body mechanics
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Willing to complete background and drug screening in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
Active and unencumbered WI CMA Certification
Government-Issued Photo ID or Passport

Weekly Pay via Direct Deposit
