Location: Yucaipa, CA
Status: Full-Time and PRN
Pay: $30.00–$38.00/hour, DOE
Available Shifts:
7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

We’re looking for a nurse who is comfortable with higher-acuity care, takes pride in strong clinical work, and wants to be part of a team that holds itself to a high standard.
Your Role as an LVN
Administer medications and treatments
Monitor residents and promptly communicate changes in condition
Provide care for residents with complex medical and post-acute needs
Manage and monitor G-Tube/PEG feedings
Support wound care and treatment needs
Monitor IVs and PICC lines within LVN scope of practice
Complete accurate MAR/TAR documentation
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, respiratory therapy, rehabilitation, and the clinical team
Supervise and support CNAs throughout the shift
Communicate with residents and families regarding care needs
Must Haves
Active California LVN license
Sub-Acute nursing experience preferred
Experience with respiratory and complex medical cases preferred
Strong clinical assessment and condition-change reporting skills
Strong communication and teamwork
