Spring River Rehabilitation and Care Center is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing and rehabilitation care. If you enjoy getting to know your residents, seeing their progress, and working closely with a care team, we would love to meet you.

Put your assessment, clinical judgment, and leadership skills to work.

Collaborate with nursing staff, providers, and rehabilitation professionals to support each resident’s goals.
Your role
Assess residents, recognize changes in condition, and coordinate timely follow-up with providers.
Administer medications and treatments according to orders and facility procedures.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
Provide direction and support to nursing assistants and other care team members.
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
Communicate with residents and families about care, progress, and concerns.
Promote resident dignity, safety, infection prevention, and quality care.
What you bring
An active RN license authorizing practice in New Mexico.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork.
A dependable, compassionate approach to resident care.
Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred.
