About This Position
We are looking for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join a private outpatient clinic on a full-time basis. This position combines hands-on patient care with clinical and administrative responsibilities. The LVN will assist with TMS treatments, insurance pre-authorizations, patient care, and day-to-day clinic operations.
Schedule, Pay & Location
Location: Lubbock, TX
Pay: $20-$24/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Occasional Saturdays: Approximately 3–4 hours when the clinic is open
Responsibilities
Assist with TMS treatments and operate TMS equipment according to training and clinic protocols
Prepare and monitor patients during treatments
Take and document vital signs and other required patient information
Complete insurance pre-authorizations and related documentation
Communicate with insurance companies and healthcare providers
Assist with patient scheduling and intake
Maintain accurate patient records
Perform general administrative and clinic support duties as needed
Help maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming clinic environment
Qualifications
Active Texas LVN license
Previous clinic or outpatient experience preferred
Experience with insurance pre-authorizations is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working with both patients and administrative tasks
Able to learn and operate specialized medical equipment
Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
