About This Position
Responsibilities
Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, transfers, meal preparation, and companionship.
Monitor and document client condition and care provided.
Use proper transfer, lifting, infection-control, and safety techniques.
Maintain client privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA.
Provide compassionate care to older adults, including clients with dementia, disabilities, or mobility limitations.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team and promptly report changes or concerns.
Follow the client’s care plan and agency policies.
Qualifications
Active CNA credential preferred/required as applicable.
CPR/BLS certification preferred.
Experience providing care to older adults or individuals with disabilities.
Knowledge of safe transfers, fall prevention, infection control, and personal care.
Dependable, compassionate, patient, and able to work independently in a home-care setting.
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 32.0 per week
