Shift: Night 5x8-Hour (22:00 - 06:30)
Duration: 13 week
Pay Rate: $2,000 weekly ($20 per hour on W2 + $1,200 weekly stipend)

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. The LVN/LPN will work closely with residents, families, physicians, RNs, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe, individualized, and
compassionate care.
Responsibilities Duties:
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with facility policies and state regulations.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians and accurately document care provided.
Monitor residents' health status and promptly report changes in condition to the RN, physician, or appropriate healthcare provider.
Perform nursing assessments, vital signs, wound care, and other clinical procedures within scope of practice.
Assist with care planning and contribute to individualized resident care plans.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR/EHR.
Provide care for residents with chronic medical conditions, mobility limitations, dementia, and other age-related conditions.
Collaborate with CNAs and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.
Communicate effectively with residents and their families regarding care and changes in condition.
Follow infection-control, medication-safety, fall-prevention, and other facility protocols.
Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in residents' conditions.
Support residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Participate in shift reports, care conferences, audits, and quality-improvement activities as required.
Special Requirements:
2 years nursing experience in LTC / SNF / TCU
Active LPN License, BLS
