About This Position
We are hiring a full-time 1st shift CNA. This position will work between 30 and 40 hours per week during the core hours of 6:300am-2:30pm.
This position travels to patient's location to provide ADLS in alignment with the provided care plan. Our service area is primarily Kenosha, Racine, and Walworth counties. (mileage reimbursed between patients)
Participation in the weekend (currently every third weekend) and holiday on-call rotation (currently 2 per year) is required.
Full-time benefit package, including paid holidays, PTO and a retirement plan with match are available to full-time team members.
This position provides care and ADLs to our patients when they need it most. Patients reside in a variety of settings and locations, including private homes.

Auto Insurance
Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications:
CNA Experience (1+ years)
Hospice Experience (1+ years)
CPR Certification
EMR Experience (1+ years)
A background check and drug screening are required for this position.
