About This Position

URGENT OPENING – LPN/LVN | LTC/SNF

Mitchell, SD, 57301

8-Week Contract | Start: 10/26/2026

Shifts: 3 × 12-hour day shifts (6:00 AM–6:30 PM)

Weekly Pretax Pay: $1,470.00

Blended Hourly Pay : $40.83

Requirements

Active LPN license.

Minimum 1 year of experience.

Current BLS certification.

LTC/SNF experience preferred.

Must be available for weekend and holiday rotations.

Must be flexible with variable shifts.
