About This Position

Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - LTC

Location: Bristol, South Dakota (Compact License Accepted) Shift: 11.5H Nights - 6:00pm-6:00am Guaranteed Hours: 36

Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and adaptable LVN/LPN to join our team for a temporary assignment. The nurse in this role will provide high-quality patient care, administer medications and IV therapies, and support multiple providers across various units. This position requires flexibility, professionalism, and the ability to perform confidently in both rural and small facility environments.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum of 2+ years of current nursing experience within the last 6 months – Non-Negotiable [Long Term Care]

Must be willing to float between units as needed

Certification Requirements:

Active BLS certification (AHA required)

Active South Dakota state license or Compact License
