Title: Registered Nurse (RN) ICU
Location: Lubbock, TX 79410
Start Date: 11/02/2026
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour shifts)
Weekly Hours: 36 hours/week (3 shifts per week)
Note: Local pay rate is different from the travel pay package.

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in Lubbock, TX. The RN will provide critical care to adult and geriatric patients with complex medical conditions, including respiratory failure, sepsis, cardiac emergencies, and renal disorders. Candidates must be flexible to float to other ICU units as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide critical nursing care and continuous monitoring for critically ill patients, maintaining an expected 1:2 patient ratio.
Administer medications, manage IV therapy, and titrate cardiac and vasoactive drips as prescribed.
Monitor ventilated patients and manage central lines, arterial lines, and other critical care equipment.
Recognize and respond to emergencies, changes in patient conditions, and cardiac dysrhythmias.
Maintain accurate documentation, follow infection control protocols, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
RN01
Requirements:
Active Texas RN license.
Minimum 1 year of ICU nursing experience.
Previous travel nursing experience required.
BLS (AHA), ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
Epic charting experience required.
