Southwest Healthcare Services has an exciting opportunity for an outstanding LPN to join our nursing team. We are looking for a full-time LPN to work 8 am to 5 pm Monday-Friday in our Clinic.

Job Description:
Under the direction of the Clinic Nurse Supervisor and Director of Nursing. Coordinates nursing care for patient and family, initiates and participates in patient teaching. Ensures nursing standards of care are maintained, participates in direct patient care utilizing nursing skills, knowledge, and the nursing process. Provides delegation of other healthcare professionals in the clinic setting.
