REGISTERED NURSE (RN)
$39–$44/hour + $5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS for Full-Time RNs
LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN)
$32–$36/hour + $2,500 SIGN-ON BONUS for Full-Time LPNs
12-HOUR SHIFTS | 6 AM–6 PM OR 6 PM–6 AM

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an RN or LPN at Old Mill Rehabilitation, you'll help deliver safe, compassionate care while supporting each patient's recovery goals.
Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care.
Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Document care accurately and thoroughly.
Follow individualized care plans and promote patient safety.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team.
Communicate with patients and families to support recovery.
Help patients regain strength, independence, and confidence.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Current Nebraska or Compact State RN or LPN license.
Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
Reliable transportation.
A commitment to compassionate care, teamwork, and patient safety.
Experience is preferred, but NEW GRADUATES ARE WELCOME! We're happy to consider nurses who are motivated to learn and grow.
