Growing Dermatology Practice is seeking a Medical Assistant
If you are an MA and are seeking a position where your talents, teamwork and organizational skills will be recognized and valued, we are looking for you! Those with Dermatology experience are preferred but will train the right candidate!
This is a Full time position in a gorgeous state-of-the-art-office in the heart of Minot.
The Practice offers Medical, Cosmetic and Surgical Dermatology. We are seeking an energetic team-oriented individual to help us to build an amazing practice. This position will be responsible for
Rooming patients- documenting medical histories and chief complaints into the EMR
Scribing for the physician into the EMR
Directly assisting the provider with all aspects of dermatology care including biopsies, excisions, cryo-therapy, sutures, suture removals, general office visits, laser therapies, injections and wound care
Providing educational assistance, pharmacy needs and communications for test and lab results
Sterilizing instruments, maintain an organized work space
Scheduling patients as needed for follow up appointments

Required Experience
· 2+ years working directly assisting providers with hands-on patient care
· 2 + years working with an Electronic Medical Record
