Responsibilities of LVN:
Ensures quality and safe delivery of home health care services
Following treatment plan laid out by RN
Collaborates with physicians, other agency staff and contract services to coordinate and implement the Plan of Care
Trains new clinicians by allowing clinicians to shadow patient visits
Promotes education for clients, client families, and the community
Completes all required documentation in accordance with the standards of the agency, and regulatory requirements
Able to cover visits in Cathedral City and nearby cities

Credentials Required
Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse license to take visits in California
Minimum 1 year home health experience as LVN
US Driver's License or ID Card
Negative TB test
Physical exam proof
COVID Vaccination/ Exemption proof
Rates: $50-55/visit
Weekly Schedule
Every weekend
Monday to Friday
Rotating weekends
Weekends as needed
