About This Position
Pay: $22.00–$27.00/hr based on experience, plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus (prorated for part-time)
Northern Lights Rehab and Long Term Care in Minot is hiring CNAs. You're the person our residents see most and count on most. We care for long-term residents and short-term rehab patients, and our CNAs work side by side with nursing and therapy every shift.
What you'll do:
Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meals
Assist with transfers, repositioning, and walking
Follow each resident's care plan and let the nurse know when something changes
Chart care accurately and on time
Treat every resident with dignity and pull your weight as part of the team
What you need:
Active CNA certification
High school diploma or GED
Able to lift and transfer at least 50 lbs
CPR/BLS a plus
What we offer:
$2,000 sign-on bonus (prorated for part-time), paid over your first year

Shift differentials: +$1.00/hr evenings, +$2.50/hr nights
