About This Position
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Pediatric Private Duty
BrightStar Care of Lubbock is hiring a dependable LVN for a one-on-one pediatric private duty assignment.
What You’ll Do
Provide nursing care during school hours.
Administer medications as ordered.
Monitor respiratory status and changes in condition.
Monitor and manage the portable defibrillator.
Follow activity restrictions and safety measures.
Communicate with the family, school, and care team.
Complete required documentation.
Schedule & Pay
$22–$25 per hour, based on experience.
Monday through Sunday (days/nights).
40 hours per week.
Weekly pay.
Lubbock,TX
What You’ll Need
Current, unrestricted Texas LVN license.
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
Pediatric, private duty, or home health experience preferred but not required.
Current BLS/CPR certification.
Trach and ventilator experience is a plus.
Respiratory care experience is a plus.
Willingness to learn portable defibrillator management.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting.
