Responsibilities:
Assess and develop individualized wound care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
Provide comprehensive wound care treatment, including wound cleansing, debridement, and dressing changes
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and their families on wound care techniques and prevention strategies
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress
Participate in performance improvement initiatives to drive quality outcomes and patient satisfaction

Requirements:
Current RN license in the state of Texas
