Meaningful Resident Relationships
Responsibilities
Assess patients, monitor vital signs, identify changes in condition, and communicate concerns to the appropriate care team.
Provide assigned care, which may include medication administration, IV insertion or infusion, catheter care, tube feeding, wound support, and infection control.
Support triage, discharge planning, case management, health coaching, and patient and family education as appropriate to the setting.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in electronic medical record (EMR) or electronic health record (EHR) systems while protecting patient privacy under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
Follow applicable clinical protocols, aseptic technique, and emergency response procedures.
Qualifications
CNA
Current Nebraska CNA certification in good standing
Medication Aide
Current Nebraska Medication Aide certification in good standing
LPN
Current Nebraska LPN license in good standing
RN
Current Nebraska RN license in good standing
