Schedule
- 8-hour day shifts
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Monday through Friday
Requirements & Skills
- Current and valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Nebraska
- Proven experience in providing occupational therapy services
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic practices to assess and treat physical, emotional, or developmental conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage patients and multidisciplinary team members
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach with strong clinical judgment
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients’ needs and develop tailored occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to support patients’ recovery and daily living skills
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies to support continued progress
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Nebraska Occupational Therapy license
- Previous clinical experience in occupational therapy preferred
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and patient-centered care
Compensation: Hourly rate ranging from $59.00 to $69.00
