Shift & Schedule
- 10-hour day shifts
- 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Requirements & Skills
- Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of North Dakota
- Proven experience in evaluating, planning, and administering physical therapy interventions
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients and healthcare teams
- Ability to document treatment plans and progress accurately and thoroughly
- Physical stamina and dexterity to assist patients safely and effectively
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions aimed at improving patient mobility and function
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed to optimize outcomes
- Educate patients and families on therapy goals, exercises, and injury prevention
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatment sessions and patient records
- Adhere to all relevant regulatory and safety standards
Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Licensure to practice Physical Therapy in North Dakota
- Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Previous experience in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred
Compensation: Hourly rate between $59.00 - $69.00, with paid weekly through Quick2Hire.
