Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care to patients in an emergency setting across a range of acuity levels
- Assess patient status, report changes promptly, and collaborate with the care team
- Administer ordered treatments and medications and document care accurately
- Support patient flow and timely communication during urgent/emergent situations
- Follow facility policies and safety standards to ensure quality care
