Join our team as a Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics Electrophysiology Technician in Spokane, WA on a 13-week travel/contract assignment. This night shift (4x12) role runs 19:00–07:00 with guaranteed 36 hours/week, starting 2026-08-10.

- 2 years of experience (required)
- ACLS (required)
- BLS
- PALS (required)
- RRT
- Washington license
- Trauma Level I experience: Preferred
- Teaching hospital experience: Preferred
- Travel experience: Not required
Responsibilities
- Support medication delivery and administration using respiratory therapy systems and devices, including aerosol setups (mask and trach) and inhaler-based therapies (Medihaler/MDI).
- Administer ordered therapies such as Albuterol, Atrovent, Bicarbonate (required), Combivent, Flovent, Inhaled Flolan (required), inhaled steroids, Isuprel, Ketamine (required), Lidocaine, Mucomyst (required), Nitric Oxide (INo) (required), Perforomist, Pulmicort, Racemic epinephrine, Spiriva, Terbutaline Sulfate, Theophylline (required), Tobramycin, and Xopenex.
- Provide ventilator management including BiPAP and CPAP, troubleshoot high pressure alarms (required), and assist with weaning from mechanical ventilation (required).
- Perform airway management and suctioning, including extubation and airway placement (nasal/oral), oral/nasal suctioning, pulmonary hygiene, sputum specimen collection, and tracheostomy care/management.
- Utilize nebulizer delivery methods including hand held, T-piece, and trach collar.
- Interpret Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs) to support clinical decision-making.
- Support oxygen therapy using trach collar.
- Demonstrate readiness for Trauma and Rapid Response (required) situations.
- Work in required settings including Emergency Department (required) and Pediatrics (required).
