Position Details

• Role: Radiology / Cardiology | Cath Lab Technologist (CT Tech)
• Location: Everett, WA
• Employment Type: Travel/Contract
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Day (4x12 Hours), 7:00–19:30
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
• Start Date: 2026-08-17
• Pay: $66.00–$78.00/hour (hourly)

Requirements

• Experience: 1 year of experience (Travel note: 1st time travelers must have at least 2 years experience)
• Charting System: Epic (required)
• Certifications: ARRT CT, ARRT R, BLS
• Equipment Exposure: Philips (required); GE and PACS
• Professional Knowledge/Skills: Isolation Precautions/PPE; Preparation and/or administration of contrast media; Radiation Safety; Starting peripheral IVs (required); Venipuncture (required)

Preferred Experience

• Teaching hospital experience
• Community hospital experience
• Trauma Level I experience

Core Responsibilities

• Perform advanced CT imaging and support day-to-day workflow in adult and pediatric settings, including adult acute care, adult outpatient, ED, ICU, and pediatric acute care/outpatient.
• Apply isolation precautions/PPE and follow radiation safety standards throughout patient interactions and imaging tasks.
• Prepare and/or administer contrast media per protocol and ensure safe patient care during procedures.
• Start peripheral IVs and perform venipuncture when required for patient care and imaging readiness.
• Work across level I/level II trauma experiences and support imaging needs involving high-acuity care environments.

• Image display and post-processing:
  • 3D rendering (Maximum intensity projection, Surface shaded displays, Volume rendering) (required)
  • Multiplanar reconstruction (MRP) (required)
  • Region of interest measurement (ROI) (required)
• Abdomen & Pelvis:
  • Colorectal studies (rectal contrast) (required)
  • Enterography study (required)
  • Intravenous pyelogram (required)
  • Abdomen without and/or with contrast
  • Pelvis without and/or with contrast
• Special procedures:
  • Aspirations (required)
  • Biopsies (required)
  • Brain perfusion
  • Colonography or virtual colonography (required)
  • Coronary CTA
  • CT arthrography (required)
  • Drainage (required)
  • Myelography (required)
  • PET CT (required)
  • Radiation therapy planning (required)
  • Transplant studies (required)
  • Vascular CTA (required)
• Chest:
  • Chest without and/or with contrast
  • Heart (e.g., calcium scoring, coronary angiography) (required)
  • Vascular chest (e.g., pulmonary embolism, CTA, aorta) (required)
• Head & Neck:
  • Carotid
  • Head without and/or with contrast
  • Sinuses
  • Soft tissue neck
  • Trauma head
• Spine & Musculoskeletal:
  • Cervical
  • Thoracic
  • Lumbar
