What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders
Monitor patient conditions and respond proactively to changes
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support positive outcomes
Provide compassionate guidance and support to residents and families
What We’re Looking For
Active and unrestricted RN license
Passion for patient-centered care
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care is a plus, but not required
