About This Position

Director of Nursing (DON) – Skilled Nursing Facility

Are you a compassionate, hands-on nursing leader ready to make an impact? We're seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead our clinical team at a well-established Skilled Nursing Facility.

What You'll Do:

Provide leadership and oversight of all nursing operations

Ensure exceptional resident care and regulatory compliance

Mentor, develop, and support nursing staff

Partner with the interdisciplinary team to drive quality outcomes

What We're Looking For:

Current RN license

Previous DON or nursing leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility

Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations

Passion for leadership, teamwork, and resident-centered care
