What You’ll Do
As an RN or LPN, you’ll play an important role in helping patients recover, regain independence, and successfully transition back home.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing compassionate, high-quality nursing care
Monitoring and assessing patient conditions
Administering medications and treatments
Accurately documenting patient care and changes in condition
Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
Following individualized care plans
Communicating effectively with patients and their families
Promoting patient safety, comfort, and independence
Qualifications
Current RN or LPN license in Nebraska or a Compact State
Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
Reliable transportation
Previous experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply!
