Responsibilities:
- Provide direct on-site patient care in the skilled nursing and long-term care setting
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient information accurately and timely
Skills:
- Proficient in psychiatric diagnostic evaluation of patients
- Strong oral and written communication skills
Qualifications:
- Valid PA-C or ARNP license in the state of Washington
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the psychiatric care or long-term care setting
- BLS certification preferred
