About This Position
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for night shift in a skilled nursing and assisted living setting. Provides direct nursing care, medication administration, and collaborates with the care team to support resident well-being. Works a 3x12 schedule with rotating weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and assisted living
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor residents' conditions and report changes appropriately
Collaborate with nurses, providers, and care staff to ensure quality care
Maintain accurate documentation and support resident safety and comfort
Qualifications:
Active Nebraska LPN license required
Minimum 1 year of skilled nursing experience required
Strong clinical and communication skills
