About This Position
Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) – Nights | 3x12s
We're hiring an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) for a night shift (3x12s, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) opportunity at a 379-bed Level II Trauma Center with a comprehensive stroke and STEMI program.
Schedule
Night Shift: 3x12s (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Self-scheduling
Block scheduling available (not required)
6 weekend shifts every 6 weeks
No on-call required
36 guaranteed orientation hours
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department RN experience (required)
Active Compact RN License (required at submission)
Experience with Epic charting
Community hospital experience required
Experience caring for adolescent, adult, pediatric, and geriatric patients
Required Certifications
BLS
ACLS
PALS
NIHSS
TNCC
Preferred Experience
Level I or Level II Trauma Center experience
Charge RN experience
LTAC experience
Clinical Skills
Triage
BiPAP/CPAP management
Care of ventilated patients
Central line management
IV vasopressors
Dysrhythmia management
Stroke and trauma patient care
Isolation precautions/PPE
Facility Highlights

Level II Trauma Center
Comprehensive Stroke & STEMI Facility
46-bed Emergency Department
Approximately 136 patient visits daily
Patient ratio: 1:3 (days, nights, and weekends)

First-time travelers are welcome.
Maximum of 7 days RTO recommended for faster processing.
Must be willing to work 3 of the 5 winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day).
Travelers may be floated to nearby sister facilities based on operational needs.
COVID-19 vaccine not required.
