About This Position
Join our team as a Cath Lab Technologist in Seattle, WA for a 13-week travel/contract assignment with guaranteed hours and day shifts (4x10s). You’ll support a high-acuity hybrid OR workflow, assist with interventional procedures, and help ensure accurate monitoring and sterile technique throughout each case.

Responsibilities
- Provide professional knowledge and skills for cath lab/interventional workflows
- Utilize 3D imaging as part of procedural support
- Follow isolation precautions and PPE during patient care activities
- Use rapid response/code team support as needed according to escalation procedures
- Accurately monitor patients during procedures
- Set up equipment for cases
- Perform EKG lead placement
- Prep access sites
- Work as room circulator as assigned
- Maintain sterile field while performing scrub responsibilities
- Support procedural tasks involving vascular closure systems (Perclose, StarClose)
- Participate in interventional radiology procedure support, including abdominal/pelvic, genitourinary, vascular, and neurological case types listed by the unit
- Support venous access and line care activities, including central line and PICC line care and maintenance
- Maintain infection control by using sterile technique throughout relevant procedures
- Operate and support equipment/devices used in the workflow, including fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and systems from Philips and Siemens
- Maintain PACS and support equipment maintenance and supply stocking
- Contribute to hybrid OR workflow and special procedures coverage as required
