Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for adult and/or general medical-surgical and emergency-related needs.
- Assess patients, monitor condition changes, and escalate concerns to the appropriate clinical team.
- Administer medications and treatments according to orders and facility protocols.
- Coordinate care plans with the interdisciplinary team to support safe, timely outcomes.
- Document nursing care accurately and according to required standards.
- Maintain patient safety, infection control, and professional standards of practice.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure required.
- Experience as an RN in Med Surg and/or ER/acute care settings preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient monitoring skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional communication and documentation skills.
