About This Position
Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN - General) in Spokane, WA for a 16-week Travel/Contract night assignment on a Neuro Stepdown/Telemetry unit. Enjoy guaranteed hours of 36 hours/week and a 3x12 night schedule from 19:00–07:00.

Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care across neuro and stepdown/telemetry settings, including pre- and post-neurosurgery support.
- Manage care for patients with conditions such as craniotomy, CVA (cerebrovascular accident), spinal cord injury, and traumatic brain injury.
- Provide respiratory support, including BiPAP/CPAP management.
- Assist with chest tube management (Emerson/PleurEvac).
- Interpret and manage dysrhythmias as part of cardiac monitoring and emergency response.
- Support neurological/psychiatric needs within the neuro patient population.
- Administer and monitor procedural sedation in accordance with clinical protocols.
- Work within an expected patient ratio of 1:4–5.
Requirements
- 1 year of Registered Nurse experience
- ACLS certification
- BLS certification
- NIHSS certification
- Epic charting experience (required)
