About This Position
Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN - General) in Spokane, WA for a 16-week travel/contract night assignment with guaranteed hours. Work the N/S Neuro unit on a 3x12 schedule (19:00–07:00) using Epic charting while providing high-acuity neuro and stepdown care.

Responsibilities
- Deliver neuro stepdown/telemetry nursing care across diagnoses including craniotomy, CVA (cerebrovascular accident), pre/post neurosurgery, spinal cord injury, and traumatic brain injury
- Provide respiratory management, including BiPAP/CPAP management and chest tube management (Emerson/PleurEvac)
- Support cardiac monitoring by interpreting dysrhythmias and managing dysrhythmias
- Administer and monitor procedural sedation as part of patient care
- Respond to urgent/emergency needs using appropriate clinical judgment and established protocols
Requirements
- Experience: 1 year of RN experience
- Patient Ratio Experience: Experience with 1:4–5 patient ratios
- Charting: Epic
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
- Travel Experience: Not required
