About This Position

Join Quick2Hire as a Radiology/Cardiology Cath Lab Technologist in Plainview, TX, for a 26-week travel contract supporting general ultrasound, echo, vascular, and multispecialty imaging. Work day shifts four days per week from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with 36 guaranteed hours weekly, starting October 5, 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic ultrasound, echo, vascular, obstetric, neonatal, pediatric, renal, pelvic, small-parts, transplant, and related imaging studies within the assigned scope.
  • Support imaging across adult, emergency department, high-risk OB, ICU, obstetrics, and pediatric settings, including portable examinations.
  • Acquire and document diagnostic images using GE equipment and PACS while following applicable workflows.
  • Apply isolation precautions and appropriate PPE during patient care.
  • Assist with paracentesis and ultrasound-guided biopsy or fine-needle aspiration procedures as assigned.

Requirements

  • Certification: ARDMS, ARDMS VT, CCI, or RDCS
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • OB/GYN: first-trimester, second-trimester, and third-trimester imaging; amniotic fluid index; fetal anatomical survey; placenta previa
  • Fetal imaging: abdomen; abdominal circumference; bone lengths; cerebellum and ventricles; diaphragm; duodenal atresia/intussusception; fingers and toes; gender; head; heart
  • Neonatal imaging: abdomen; duodenal atresia/intussusception; head; hips; renal; spine
  • General ultrasound: abdominal aorta; appendix; breast; gallbladder; liver; pancreas; pediatric abdomen/pelvis; spleen
  • Vascular imaging: aorta; carotid; color flow; Doppler studies; duplex; lower-extremity arterial; lower-extremity venous; M-mode; renal artery duplex; upper-extremity arterial; upper-extremity venous
  • Renal and pelvic imaging: bladder; hernia; ovaries; renal/bladder; transvaginal; uterus; vaginal
  • Small-parts imaging: breast ultrasound; superficial masses; testicles/scrotum; thyroid
  • Equipment and systems: GE and PACS
  • Transplant studies: liver and renal
  • Procedures: paracentesis and ultrasound-guided biopsy/fine-needle aspiration
  • Additional echo skills: adult echo; contrast echo; echo stress testing on a treadmill
