About This Position
Crown Point Health Suites is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to join our floor team in Lubbock. CNAs in this role handle hands-on daily care routines for residents across our 108-bed facility. You will work directly alongside floor nurses and nursing aides throughout each shift.
Responsibilities
Deliver direct patient care including assistance with personal hygiene and dressing.
Assist residents with daily transfers and scheduled mobility.
Answer call lights promptly to maintain resident comfort and safety.
Document daily vital signs and routine care metrics accurately.
Maintain clean resident rooms and keep hallways clear of obstacles.
Report any changes in resident status directly to the charge nurse.
Compensation, Schedule & Benefits
Pay Rate: Starting at $16/hr, scaling upward with experience
Schedule: 12-Hour shifts (6am-6pm) on a rotating schedule

Qualifications & Requirements
Active Texas Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Must pass a standard criminal background check
Must pass a drug screening
Reliable transportation for consistent attendance
