Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care in a long-term care setting.
- Assess resident needs and communicate changes to the appropriate care team members.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established care plans and procedures.
- Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary team members to support continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
- Follow applicable safety, infection-control, and quality-of-care practices.
