Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional nursing care to our diverse patient population across various settings, including long-term care, assisted living, and acute care environments. Your expertise will support patient recovery, comfort, and overall well-being through comprehensive assessments and personalized care plans.
Responsibilities
Deliver direct patient care by monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing routine assessments.
Assist with complex procedures such as IV infusion, catheterization, and wound care while maintaining sterile techniques.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
Document all patient interactions accurately using electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic or Cerner, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Conduct patient triage in urgent or emergency situations, prioritizing care based on acuity levels such as Level I Trauma Center or ICU experience.
Support patients with dementia or Alzheimer's disease through memory care strategies and behavioral health interventions.
Educate patients and their families on health management, medication administration, and discharge planning.
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
