Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing needs within the scope of practice.
- Develop and carry out individualized therapy plans based on patient needs and treatment goals.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as appropriate.
- Document evaluations, treatment activities, progress, and recommendations accurately.
- Collaborate with the care team and communicate effectively with patients and families.
