Responsibilities

- Provide therapy and rehabilitation services aligned with patient goals.

- Collaborate with the care team to support coordinated patient care.
- Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation.
Requirements
- Doctor of Audiology certification required.
- Epic charting system experience required.
