Duration: 1 Year
Shift Options: 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Shift
Available Shifts
1st Shift (AM): 6:15 AM – 2:45 PM
2nd Shift (PM): 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
3rd Shift (NOC): 10:45 PM – 6:45 AM
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct and indirect nursing care to geriatric and/or disabled residents.
Administer and accurately document medications as ordered by physicians.
Perform LPN-level nursing procedures and treatments.
Provide tube feedings and catheterizations.
Perform irrigations and change sterile dressings.
Provide suctioning and tracheostomy care.
Administer nebulizer treatments.
Perform specialized skin-care treatments.
Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the RN and appropriate healthcare professionals.

BLS by AHA
Active WI state LPN License

Pay: $38.00 - $48.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
