Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one nursing care to students with healthcare needs in a school setting.
Monitor student health status and administer medications as prescribed.
Collaborate with school staff and healthcare teams to create safe and effective care plans.
Maintain accurate health records and documentation for compliance.
Respond promptly and effectively to student health emergencies and needs.
Qualifications:
LPN, RN, or equivalent licensure required.
Active state license as LPN or RN.
CPR certification required.
Minimum 1 year of pediatric or school healthcare experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Reliable, adaptable, and caring attitude.
Ability to work Monday-Friday day shifts with flexibility to meet student needs.
Successful background check and immunization screening required.
Excellent communication, patience, teamwork, and professionalism.
Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
