For Travelers/Stipend:
Blended Hourly Pay Rate (W2):$32.00
Weekly Pay Rate (W2):$1,280.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate:$15.00
Minimum Hourly Stipend:$17.00
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable):$600.00
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable):$680.00

For Traveller 1099 Candidates:
Hourly Pay Rate (1099):$34.00
Weekly Pay Rate (1099):$1,360.00
Requirements:
SD State License.

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide essential patient care and support to individuals across various healthcare settings, including long-term care facilities, hospitals, assisted living communities, and home care environments.
Responsibilities
Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and dignity.
Monitor and record vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature accurately using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
Support medication administration under supervision, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality.
Utilize safe lifting practices and equipment such as Hoyer lifts to transfer patients securely and prevent injury.
Observe and report changes in patient condition promptly to nursing staff or physicians, especially in critical care or emergency medicine settings.
