About This Position

LPN/LVN – Skilled Nursing/Transitional Car (SNF/TCU) Needed in Seattle, WA (5x8 Days)

Location: Seattle, WA Facility: Providence Mount St. Vincent Start Date: 11/16/2026 Contract Length: 13 Weeks Shift: 5x8 Days Day 5x8-Hour (06:00 - 14:30) Gross Weekly Pay: $1,865.00 (based on 40 hours)

Requirements:

  • Active LPN/LVN license
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in LTC / SNF / TCU
  • BLS certification required

    Additional Information:

  • 50-mile radius rule applies.
  • Local candidates within a 50-mile radius will be considered at the local rate.
