We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Medical-Surgical care to join our dynamic team in Park River, ND. Schedule
- 12-Hour Day/Night Rotation
- Shift Hours: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Requirements & Skills
- Current and valid RN license in the state of North Dakota
- Strong clinical knowledge and skills in Medical-Surgical nursing
- Ability to effectively assess and manage patient care needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, rotating shift environment
- Proficient in documentation and electronic health records
- Team-oriented with a focus on patient-centered care
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Medical-Surgical unit, following established protocols and standards
- Monitor patients’ conditions and respond promptly to changes in health status
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families regarding health conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and vital information
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures to maintain a safe environment
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current Registered Nurse license in North Dakota
- Recent experience in a Medical-Surgical nursing setting preferred
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule effectively
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $59.00 - $69.00
