About This Position
Join our team as a Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week travel/contract assignment in Richland, WA, working days on a 4x10 schedule with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging across required settings, including Emergency Department and Level II Trauma Center workflows, plus Pediatric Acute Care.
- Support adult acute care and adult outpatient imaging needs.
- Complete advanced CT exam protocols, including required Brain perfusion.
- Run vascular CTA and other CT procedures as assigned.
- Perform imaging for head and neck, including head studies without and/or with contrast.
- Perform imaging for chest, including chest without and/or with contrast.
- Perform imaging for abdomen and pelvis, including abdomen without and/or with contrast and pelvis without and/or with contrast.
- Handle spine and musculoskeletal imaging, including cervical, thoracic, lumbar, and musculoskeletal trauma.
- Prepare and/or administer contrast media per protocol.
- Follow radiation safety standards throughout all procedures.
- Establish starting peripheral IV’s as required.
- Use required PACS workflows and operate required CT equipment including GE, Siemens, and PACS systems.
- Maintain documentation and workflow coordination using the preferred charting system (Epic).
